( Turn the selector dial to reset position until the lock out light extinguish) Boiler start firing fine. Client was asking what have I done to make it work, well I just reset it. Now its working fine. ( it could go to lock out again if the flame sensor is soothed so boiler service is needed) The boiler was installed by others about three years ago. The boiler was neither benchmarked nor serviced. I advice to get it serviced , but the client needed to contact the Landlord to make a decision.
