After my experiences I would avoid biomass now. I had an Extraflame LP14 installed in March 2012 by a company based in the Wirral (I am not sure if I am allowed to mention them). The installation was problematic they didnt calibrate properly, it kept breaking down, they didn't want to come back and fix it.
