The only advantage you'd get from the bigger boilers is improved water flow rate, but that is going to rely on you having a big enough water supply in the first place to provide enough volume. If you house has a standard half inch (15mm) main coming into it, you won't see any advantage from the bigger boiler. If you have a bigger mains supply then it might be worth it.
