On another occasion, which I have posted on a previous Which?Convo, I had to call them back to change a thermo coupling that was installed at its last service and which failed after only 3 months and for which I was charged an additional call out fee of over $100 which I refused to pay under the Sale of Goods Act. On another occasion, due to a bank error I was overcharged a very large sum for a service which I immediately queried with the bank who admitted the error and subsequently refunded the overcharge. The company however failed to inform me of this, preferring to stay quiet, I presumed, in the hope that I wouldn't notice the error.
