The problem I have with mine is the heat exchanger which both deals with the hot water and the central heating. It is basically rubbish and it needs system cleaner every year, or you get he characteristic hot then cool cycle as it over heats due to a lack of flow then cuts off. If you let it get too bad it needs replacing.
