My boiler works fine. It heats up very quickly and works fine. The only problem with it is that it doesn't heat the water hot enough for my liking. The water comes out warm to mildly hot which is satisfactory but it doesn't have the range of heat I would like. I have never had to replace or repair it because it has not ever broken and the mildly hot water isn't a big enough deal to warrant a repair.
